I was referred to John by my friend Kara. At the time I was injured and frustrated and I sought out John to assist with form correction.
I was the stereotypical over-striding heel striker with hip, knee and back pain. John not only helped me fix my gait, he also used a functional assessment to help me fix my weak links that were undermining my running form.
He brought me back a stronger runner and this fall, with his skillful coaching, I completed my first marathon. But not only that. Thanks to John, I ran my first full marathon INJURY FREE!!
